I was born near Chester in the UK and moved with my family in 1979 to Scotland where I completed my education studying for a degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Edinburgh. I then moved to London and trained with PWC (Coopers & Lybrand at the time) to obtain my ACA.  After qualifying I moved into industry and worked for a major magazine publisher prior to starting a family.  While I raised my two children I subcontracted for various clients in the Surrey area. I joined STL in 2017 and enjoy the offshore experience that was new to me.

Outside of work you will find me learning Italian in preparation for my retirement to Italy.
